Genuine Boaster Chicken® begins with the finest quality chicken, carefully marinated
and coated with specially formulated Broaster ingredients. Then, as each order is
received, the chicken is placed inside the Broaster Company manufactured pressure
fryer, designed to cook each individual piece of chicken "under pressure" in the
chicken's own natural juices, limiting the absorption of cooking oil and driving
the marinade deep down to the bone while searing the chicken with a golden, crispy-crunchy
coating. Best of all, the resulting product is more tender, juicy, and flavorful
than rotisserie oven cooked chicken, yet is nutritionally comparable in calorie,
fat, and carbohydrate content.
Due to the long process of preparation we usually only have broasted Chicken on hand on Wednesdays and Thursday,or till we run out, during off season on Fridays...unless of course we run out

Broasted chicken is sold during lunch and dinner.
A basket during lunch time and a platter at night which is all you can eat. We usually give each person 1/2 chicken to start. If that’s too much for you, take the rest home. If you’re still hungry, order more
